"Clean nice boutique hotel"

"Large family room and very clean. Great view. Breakfast for us as westerners was ok. A bit of a walk to the subway. We took taxi to get to hotel and when we left as easy option and cheap. Coffee shops and convenience stores and restaurants a plenty around the area."

"The front desk staff were not readily visible, as they kept their heads down behind the counter, which made it difficult to know whether anyone was available to assist. When we arrived at 3:00 PM to check in, we were informed, rather abruptly, that check-in was at 4:00 PM and asked to return later. Additionally, the room was smaller and of lower quality than what was represented in the photos. It was not particularly clean, and overall, the experience did not feel commensurate with the price."

"Enjoyable stay. Room was clean, and the staff were courteous. Where I needed help (getting a cab, directions), the staff went above and beyond to help. I spoke very little Korean, and they worked to help me in English. I needed to make changes to my reservation to add guests, and they were quick to accommodate my needs. Room was cleaned daily, and they stocked my fridge with waters for each day. My stay was a long one for my travels, and they made sure it was home for me for the duration."
