"The hotel was very well kept from the lobby to the actual room that I stayed in. The wifi speed is also very fast and stable, probably the best wifi I've used in a hotel so far. "Typical Japan hotel size and have the necessary amentities. Convenient as it is located just opposite JR station and many izakayas around (but no English menu). Hotel is quite old looking (corridor, room, toilet) but ok for just a night stay. Staff are a klutz. The one that did check in notified me (in simple English) I had already check in, I said I just arrived though. No idea what happened, then the other staff that did my check out confused my left baggage with another guest's. Thankfully is...

"Overall a nice Onsen hotel located on the top of the hill. Will be tough if u dun drive. We arrived after last light and it is very dark as there’s no lights going up. But it is still ok. The staff at reception was very helpful to assist in calling a nearby restaurant to check if there’re open for dinner. "

"For tourists, the problem with staying at a fully automated love hotel is there's no room key. Every time I left the building I was locked out. Every time I had to telephone the staff to let me back in. And no explanations about parking, keys, the included breakfast etc. That said, the room was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and perfectly quiet."

"Standard onsen hotel with no surprise. The indoor onsen is a bit disappointing. The rooftop outdoor onsen is more attractive but is available at limited time of the day. As such, I prefer to visit the public spa which is free and 2 min walk from the hotel. Meals are standard and the biggest compliments should go to the friendly staff. Room is spacious and tidy."
