“Honestly this hotel was the worse decision in my adult life. The hotel was dirty and sketchy, they have a no smoking policy yet everything and everywhere was stink of weed. I went to check in Sofia was cool and did her best to accommodate but each room had a fault, first room sink was peeling and wig pieces were on the floor, second room was better but the bathroom was dirty, toilet tub mirror and sink and finally the third room which was on their VIP Floor, there was hair in the bedroom, hair...

“The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They were the best part of the stay. The lobby area was very modern but the rooms needs to be updated a bit. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The hallway had a musty scent from the carpets and was poorly lit. The room was clean but need some improvements. The bathroom needs updating. The breakfast was a nice addition to the stay and the breakfast area is very clean and well maintained. Overall it was good.”
