"Room was clean however the pillows were too flat. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. One of the elevators was not working which caused a long wait for the other elevator to come down."

"they took every amenities and even our snacks and water while we left the room, I don't think they were trying to clean the room because they said there is no room cleaning for the two days stay But anyway our private belongings are gone After we came back. Also one of the staff who has tattoo, she was extremely unkind, we ask her for a new towels but she didn't care about our notes at all, there was no any towel after we came back to hotel I wish I could give zero star for this hotel"

"This was my second time staying here and once again they exceeded my expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff has always been so kind, welcoming, and helpful, which is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back whenever I visit San Antonio. They truly make you feel comfortable and appreciated as a guest. One thing I always pay attention to when booking a hotel is cleanliness, and this place is by far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The lobby was always well maintained and looked beautiful every time we walked through it. Even the bathrooms throughout the hotel were extremely clean, which says a lot about how much they care about their guests and the property overall. The breakfast was AMAZING! There were so many good options and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. It honestly made the mornings even better and saved us the trouble of having to go out early for food. Overall, this hotel has become one of my favorite places to stay in San Antonio. I’ve had two great experiences here already and I’ll definitely continue booking with them in the future. It’s hard to find a hotel that’s consistently this clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay!"

"When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!"
