"We had to book the last minute. Our reservation for a Vrbo booking had been cancelled. The customer service representative found an available room at the Even Hotel in Norwalk. Check in was quick. The room was comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the friendly staff. "

"We were in town for one night to visit family. The location was convenient with casual dining options nearby. We enjoyed our room facing the pool! Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent. Rooms are large with pleasant nautical decor."

"The hotel was a good price for the money and very local to the hartford center for concerts, however the check in process being all via email is very inconvenient! There's no way for an early check in and you actually can't check in by 3 o'clock as stated do to back and forth emails that have to start at 3 o'clock check in time. The bar is a nice, staff is super friendly, a bit pricy but not terrible. Hotel is clean and everything functioning properly!"

"There was construction going on and there was nothing to be done about that. Other than that, the room and facilities were just fine."

"The overall condition was clean and sanitary. My 3 star rating was because my garbage can was not emptied and the soap in the room had been used. It was late at night to request housekeeping and after being at a wedding all day I didn’t want to switch rooms. I also didn’t want to complain over some soaps. But Overall I enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this place. "

"Looks like there are renovations afoot, but there was only tepid water (at best) for a shower and I skipped a second shower because as long as I waited no real hot water showed up. Also, the constant and echo-ey gurgling of the shower drains is omnipresent. What might be an efficient plumbing solution makes for a traveler annoyance and does not go away when the bathroom door is shut. "

"Overall it's ok. The lobby is spacious and clean. The room is clean and decent. My only complaint is the gym is not maintained and quite dirty. "

"Parking lot is difficult to maneuver. Room was very small but smartly laid out. The bed was very comfortable. I asked if it was possible for an hour later checkout. The reply was “ It’s $200.00 an hour”! I Declined. I’ve never heard that before. It’s either yes or no."
