"The hotel was dated. TV was so small it felt like my phone was better off to watch."

"I paid $410 for 1 night, the hotel is ok but overpriced. There were a lot of sketchy people around. My room was dirty although they did give me new sheets and pillow cases to change it. The restaurant is expensive. The breakfast options were good and hotel staff were really nice. The hotel was fully booked when I stayed so I couldn’t change my room and all of the parking spaces were taken above the garage. Honestly I wouldn’t stay there again. I tried to leave but wasn’t able to get my money back or credit to book elsewhere."

"The room wasn’t the cleanest. I pulled back the sheets and found a lot of long black hair. The bureau draws didn’t close. There was no remote in the room. The window sill was very dusty. The room had a musty smell to it. Breakfast was not great. Even though the food was on warmers it was still cold. The staff didn’t refill the food when it was low. There was no tea. The gentleman at the front desk on Saturday and Sunday was super nice. I don’t see myself staying here again. "

"Room wasn’t clean at arrival Soap residue on shower wall and spot on wall of I’m hoping lotion pool area was not kept clean , clumps of hair on steps to water slide and in pool.Was very family friendly and exciting for 7yr old but for the price I was expecting a cleaner environment "

"Hotel was clean room was nice and clean! Pool was small looked bigger in pics online. Great location right across street from aquarium and mystic village shops. Near restaurants and Starbucks and a Dunkin’ depending on your choice."

"Right off the highway and close to casinos. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good."

"Although clearly going thru some remodels, our stay here was great! As a place to sleep on our way to the city, Staff was helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, friendly guests. Overall we felt safe and got a good nights sleep! Would stay again!"
