웨스트 헤이븐, 코네티컷의 전자레인지 구비 호텔

“Room was larger than expected. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast as expected.”

“Excellent breakfast and we found the pool open.”

“Didn’t even get to stay, said we were unable to use a digital ID to check in and then said we could file for a refund on the site. When contacted by Expedia they said we showed them someone else’s ID which we did not and that we were still able to check in with a digital ID even though we were denied the first time, this resolution came like two hours later so we were already somewhere else and they said it was impossible to get a refund so wasted almost $200.”

“Don't go here I want my money back”
