“Our room was clean and spacious. It had all the basic things we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The Hotel grounds were great for our dog with spacious pet and child playing areas. Landscapping was welcoming and well maintained.”

Awful smell comes from the AC/fan unit (mold/mildew/dampness), cobwebs in corners, metal bed frame that sticks out, terribly uncomfortable bed with squeaky springs that stuck in my back Asked the person on staff for 2 additional pillows and he looked at us like he had never been asked for anything extra before and tried to dissuade us by saying they were all the same size (that wasn't the point-we needed more due to how uncomfortable the bed was) He did get them...

“This place is cute, small, and very clean. Safe and reasonably priced. All the other reviews were correct. I was traveling with my two children and needed an overnight, it was perfect.”

“The hotel is new, clean, and spacious. The staff was professional and accommodating. Breakfast was good…the same as most hotels I have patronized. The biggest downfall was that the parking lot was cordoned off as it had recently been paved. Customers had to park in the Panera Bread and/or Movie Theater parking lots. (My husband is a retired Hotel Manager…usually when a new hotel is built, the parking lot is paved PRIOR To OPENING!!!) As a person with disabilities I did not appreciate having to...

“Room was decent however the bathroom and tub and floor tile especially were dated and OLD. Thank goodness it was just one night - could not step into that bathtub. Fri night- highway traffic was noisy so rooms definitely could use sound proofing. Do not recommend staying. Lobby and breakfast areas were nice. ”

“Bed had cig burns on the sheet. They slapped plaster on walls. If gaps in tub and wall. Not clean. Pool was gross”

“The hotel has an old-fashioned feel, but that’s common for East Coast hotels, so nothing particularly special. The room condition and overall cleanliness were decent. It was inconvenient that there was only one elevator going down to the underground parking lot. The staff were friendly, especially the valet staff who kindly helped us with our car issue. Very close to Yale.”
