“Our room was clean and spacious. It had all the basic things we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The Hotel grounds were great for our dog with spacious pet and child playing areas. Landscapping was welcoming and well maintained.”

The biggest downfall was that the parking lot was cordoned off as it had recently been paved. Customers had to park in the Panera Bread and/or Movie Theater parking lots. (My husband is a retired Hotel Manager…usually when a new hotel is built, the parking lot is paved PRIOR To OPENING!!!) As a person with disabilities I did not appreciate having to...

“Room was decent however the bathroom and tub and floor tile especially were dated and OLD. Thank goodness it was just one night - could not step into that bathtub. Fri night- highway traffic was noisy so rooms definitely could use sound proofing. Do not recommend staying. Lobby and breakfast areas were nice. ”

“The hotel has an old-fashioned feel, but that’s common for East Coast hotels, so nothing particularly special. The room condition and overall cleanliness were decent. It was inconvenient that there was only one elevator going down to the underground parking lot. The staff were friendly, especially the valet staff who kindly helped us with our car issue. Very close to Yale.”
