“Room and bath are very clean and Hotel is very calm.”

“Grounds need to be kept better. Lots of cigarette butts in parking area. Bathroom door did not close properly. Walls need cleaning where insects were killed and not cleaned. No ice machine for overnight guests. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.”

“The room was mercifully nice, clean, and functioning, but hooo boy this hotel... First of all apparently the communication between Expedia and the hotel is terrible, because while I adjusted the date of my stay on Expedia, it did NOT translate to the hotel system. The front desk man repeatedly told me how the error was NOT HIS FAULT and IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME and it's all on Expedia. I was told to call Expedia and had a 30 MINUTE wait until it was resolved eventually between being passed...

“Breakfast was good ”

“The room was not cleaned at all. We found a papa John’s pizza in the drawer and there was dog food on the floor (clearly from previous guests). We also found flowers and small sticks from outside on the floor. Very obvious that all was done was making our beds prior to our arrival. We asked for our sheets to get changed but housekeeping leaves at 11am. My son got sick from the breakfast that was offered and got some type of stomach bug since he was throwing up for the past 48hrs since we fed him...

“Our stay was good. my only concern is about all the disposable plates, cups, silverware and plastic wrap. same with the body lotion, shampoo and conditioner containers. I wish more care was taken to reduce waste ending up in our landfills.”

“Rooms were ok, place seems outdated needs a good update. The room was not very updated, was clean so I'll give them that. Breakfast was not included, so have to pay additional for that. It was ok, typical hotel breakfast, so overpriced in my opinion since they could've just added it to the room pricing and had just included breakfast in general. Staff was friendly, and helpful though. Went mostly for the interest in the pool. Kids had fun it is small, but it was a good time because not too...

“So in Room 219, we had: * Black mold beneath the soap dish * Hinges with the screws coming out so the door wouldn't shut unless we leaned on it * A broken window with caulk holding the pieces together * A crack in the shower wall that you could almost poke your finger through It's not the worst place I've stayed in, but these are pretty easy fixes to make and nobody clearly had bothered”

“They checked us into an area under construction, water was leaking from pool all over property, door for room didn’t even close fully. No breakfast as advertised, obviously no pool.”
