Excellent staff, good breakfast and great location. The things that we didn't like so much, our room was small and have a little dust in the closet and mini bar area. Between 7am to 10am is hard to get on an elevator because lot of guests use it to go to the breakfast buffet.

The ambiance when you walk in is welcoming. The staff was generous and so helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy! They checked on us but also gave us space which was wonderful. I will be staying here from now on in NYC

The windows do not open so there is no fresh air. When we arrived to our room the previous persons luggage was there, and we arrived around 10pm. The pool was fine, kids enjoyed it.
