Very helpful staff. Great views of the beach and ocean.
Only negative was the need to leave a piece of ID as opposed to a security deposit in order to borrow beach towels.

St. Pierre is the most beautiful and natural part of the island. The TiPelican was perfect for our family of four. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very spacious and clean, and the location is on the water and in the center of town. We rented the two bedroom suite. Each room had its own air conditioning, the living room and kitchen was also air conditioned. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook something. Great place. Great relaxing location enough English for a non French speaker to get by just fine. Wonderful food in the area. Very hilly. Great national park next door. Lots of trails and beautiful scenery Rental car required

Everything was great. Really happy overall. Would have like to know about the 300 euro deposit in advance though. Maybe I didn’t see it in the reservation. Not sure. Other than that it was a great experience.

Nice property perched in the mountains which gives a great view of the town of Trois-Ilets. They have a bit of a roach problem, but nothing that is a deal breaker. Much comfort and lots to enjoy.

The activities, pool, and people made this hotel a 5-star for us. Our two granddaughters (10&7) are in French immersion in school, and Pierre&Vacances afforded them tremendous opportunities to use their French all day. They made fun friends, and adults did okay too. Not many staff members are comfortable with English, but we managed. They fully accommodated all our requests to the best of their ability. Food in the restaurants was excellent to my American palate. My request through Travelocity...
