Saint-Louis 3 Stars Hotels

"It was ok. It smells good upon entering the hotel and the staff are friendly. The good thing, its near a tram station.And the indoor pool is also a good additional amenity. But in terms of cleanliness, i was a little disappointed since the shower area can see a trace of calc. Also i thought there is a self service coffee and tea provided on the room, But it was just the machine. "

"We arrived early, hoping to drop out cases until check-in time whilst we began exploring the city. In the event we were offered an upgrade to a larger room that was ready for occupation, which of course we accepted. The room was large and comfortable, with a comfortable seating area and very comfortable beds. The room was a little too hot on the first night, but we turned the thermostatic valves on all of the radiators down to "frost protect" and it was much more comfortable on our second night. We had booked breakfast inclusive and we pleased with the range of items offered. A real bonus was the availability of complimentary hot drinks throughout the day (until 9pm). The staff were very friendly and helpful. A really pleasurable stay in a good location to explore the city."

"The listing states car parking available but it is a very small underground area with an acute bend to enter/exit .Paint work scratches on each wall shows only suitable for small cars.The listing should include a photo of the car park facility,I would Not have booked.No car parking available nearby so did not stay.No refund or good will gesture,"
