"This was a nice place to stay in Florence. Very walkable to all iconic attractions. Clean room. Staff was very helpful and nice. We wished the AC was working. Apparently they do not start using air conditioning until May. We did get too warm in our room. Other than that it was a very nice stay. Would recommend. "

"Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a little musty with a slight smell, being on the lower ground floor but we ventilated it by opening the window. Lovely hotel and in a good location, I would recommend for value for money."
