Seomyeon 3 Stars Hotels

Extremely Happy “Easy check in and check out. sam at front desk went above his duty to make us feel comfortable and gave advice about things to do in busan. Extremely Happy!” - here is good

It was great! Check in can be kind of confusing since the desk is on the second floor but the entrance is on the first floor, but we did it with little trouble or hassle. Also, the (24 hr) laundry room might annoy some people, since you have to buy the detergent two floors up, and it's self-pay, two things I did not realize until I had already put my clothes in. I was, fortunately, with a friend, and she obligingly ran up to our room to get my wallet and then to the front desk to get the...

The property is wonderful with lots of convenient stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and great shopping location. Clean room, great staff, great location. 10/10

Great location, laundry on site was an amazing surprise.

Breakfast was great! I really like the croifle!!

This is a really nice hotel in a very central neighborhood. It's a short walk to the Seomyeon Station so you can easily connect to other stations. It's also very close to Lotte Department store which a big landmark area. Our room was huge and very clean. The room was as pictured except for the overhead lights. The lighting was yellower and softer. Staff was very responsive via hotels.com chat and by phone. Getting to the hotel We took the train from the airport to the hotel. It took two...

They were very thorough. We felt so welcomed. We were sent directions/map on how to get to the hotel once we booked our room. It was very helpful. We also tried some of the nearby restaurants recommended by the hotel and the food was delicious. There is also a washing machine/dryer on the second floor. Overall, we had a great time. I would stay at this hotel again.

Room was spacious, and clean. Bed was comfortable with queen size but would have been nice if king, however rare to get. Continental breakfast was fine and a good morning start. We had a little trouble locating the hotel as were other Browndots. Seomyeon Location was nice, and near Lotte department store, restaurants , convenient stores and subway stations. The hotel rate was reasonable and I would stay there again. Gimhae airport was about 30 mins away by taxi off hours.

Beautiful rooms with large soaking tub, shower and bidet in bathroom. Staff super helpful. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel had an excellent distribution for the bathroom. Clean and spacious. The elevator worked greatly, nice and polite staff. There is a 24*7 supermarket which is really helpful.

Once I got in touch with the hotel communication was good. Expedia needs to fix the instructions to get the room access for this hotel. It tells you to wait for an email 48 hrs prior to your arrival that email never came. I had to contact Expedia and then was instructed to contact the hotel. Once I contacted the hotel everything went smooth. I was even able to do late check out at 2pm instead of the 11am normal time. (they only take cash) Was about $21 dollars to do that

Property was very clean. They give you free bottles of water, free washer and dryer; and new towels daily. Breakfast was very basic. Page is misleading because it shows that they have a pool but it doesn’t have a pool. Area is very walkable and everything is super close to the hotel.

Great location clean room. Will stay again.

Amazing room a lot spaces for solos and couples. Near to bus station was also convenient.

location was great. Staff at the counter speaks english and is fabulous in helping us out from lending umbrella to directing us to food places. facilities in the hotel was clean & sufficient.
