“This motel has provided us with easy accomodation that is comfortable and meets our needs. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Some rooms we have stayed in are better than others-due to upgrades. Surrounding area is clean and easy parking facilities in front of your room.”

“Really lovely stay here! So close to everything in the village, 5 minute walk to the lifts, friendly staff. Love that they had laundry on property ( 2 AUD per wash/dry cycle) and the continental breakfast was delicious and very filling for a day of activities! Room was spacious and had lovely amenities. Would recommend for anyone staying in Thredbo for MTB, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, or any other activities :)”

“The new rooms have a lovely view overlooking Cooma and surrounds. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin. You can hear almost everything in the adjacent rooms. The staff were very friendly though and the location was very convenient. Just a shame about the building quality. ”

“Nebula ticks all the box's. We have stayed at other motels in Cooma, but found Nebula Motel the best for a good comfortable nights sleep, along with friendly staff and undercover parking.”

“The room was quiet, tidy and spacious with a lovely view and effective heater. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and reasonably prompt when assistance was needed. Although instructions were to wash your dishes, no detergent was supplied. The large bed appeared not to have had sheets changed as one side of the pillowcase smelt like sweat and there were a few head hairs between the sheets. Ignoring that, we were very comfortable.”

“너무 급하게 부킹하는바람에 별다른 초이스가없긴했지만 위치가 그저그랬고 한밤중에 도착했긴했지만 백패커들이 잘만한 숙소현관과 벌레가득 죽었는 모습이 놀라웠음. 숙소사진엔 분명히 2층침대 2개대신 2층침대 1개와 소파사진이있어 부킹했는데 2층침대 2개가 있어서 놀랐음. 방안에 거미줄이 많아 깜짝놀랐고 화장실은 새로 레노베이션해서 깨끗했으나 타올랙이 부셔져있었음. 방은 에어컨이 없어 완전 황당.”

“We booked the deluxe king room. Well we got quite a surprise when we opened the door at it was soooo small. It had a microwave so I assumed when I was packing that there would be some crockery and cutlery but no, there was only teaspoons and cups! thankfully the bed was very comfortable and the towels (no face washer) were beautiful and soft and large.”

“Friendly staff and service, particularly in the restaurant. The room & bed was really comfy but unfortunately couldn’t sleep as the walls are paper thin. We could hear all of the staff conversations in the hallway at 9pm at night, all crying children, as well as the loud shower pressure of the room next door very early in the morning.”
