"The Congress is a short wall to the Symphony, and the art museum. It's an old hotel but clean and everything worked. Mattresses were a little too firm for me. "

"The rooms are beautiful. The hotel is in a great location with walking to the River District and Lakeshore Drive. The clerk took 4 people ahead of me even though I was the first in line. She forgot to give me a parking validation ticket which made the process of leaving the lot difficult. The rest of the staff was great. You must reserve way ahead of time if you want to eat on-sight. The hall was noisy past 11 pm. "

"Great location, clean room, very well trained and courteous staff, pool on the 30th floor is a plus. 4 elevators, blocks from shops and restaurants. Can't go wrong."

"Valet guy was fantastic. Front desk was extremely friendly and pleasant. The girl running breakfast deserves huge recognition. She was top notch in making sure everything was replenished and fresh. She even went the extra mile for a couple who came down 5 min before close and still accommodated them. That’s amazing customer service!!!! I will definitely stay in the future and recommend to others. "

"Easy check-in, comfy bed with lots of pillows, good space in the room. Large bathroom. Decent water flow in shower (not weak, not strong). Good lighting in room. Could hear people in adjacent rooms pretty clearly, so be conscious of what you are saying (or doing ;-)) "

"Bed was comfortable and design was very cozy. On Saturday night the street does get pretty loud, however if you can get used to it or are tired enough it shouldn't affect your sleep. Overall enjoyed my stay and would go back. They also accommodated my room change very quickly and seamlessly."

"For the money this property is great and has all you need. Breakfast is pretty basic but fine given it is included in the price, would recommend room is nice, spacious and clean."
