Nice and clean. Great looking hotel and convenient parking a block away. Only problem is we called for room services (3x) for extra blanket and toilet paper and they never came. Had to go to the service desk to get things we needed.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I paid over a grand for a few nights then was charged an extra nine Hundred and sixty on my bill. When I called them to ask about why I had extra charges I was transferred around to multiple people with attitudes and poor customer service skills. I was hung up on multiple times. I would call back and they would just put me on hold with out saying hello so they didn’t have to acknowledge me. I was on hold For over 45 minutes to be transferred to some Random employees extention. I emailed out and received no communication back but miraculously got my money. The hotel was disgusting we had to constantly call to ask for TOLIET PAPER and towels. Basic necessities when they knew we had 5 guests in our room that we PAID for. Rude uneducated employees. Disgusting bathrooms. Will never be back and will share my experience with every single person I can.
