I gave it a four because I had to call the desk 3 or 4 times to request basic items like extra toilet paper and extra towels because no one cleaned the room when I had requested it on day 2 of our stay. Great location, friendly staff, very comfortable room, and good breakfast. Definitely would recommend staying there. Only negative was that the tile floor in the shower is pretty slippery (they should really replace the tiles with ones with better grip) but that is a minor point and everything else ...
