"We had a great stay and the staff was lovely and helpful. Our room was on two levels since we had our kids with us. Air conditioning was great. One thing we did not enjoy was the elevator that only went up to the 3rd floor. It was challenging with a bunch of suitcases. Still would definitely stay here again. "

"Pros: Walkable distance to different food spots (restaurants, fast foods, bakeries), cafes, shopping mall, town square and the fortress. Taxis are also readily available on the streets surround the hotel/restaurant. Cons: Not huge dealbreakers, but worth noting - The carpet in the room was stained, and there was grime build up around the edges of the shower. Additionally, I was given a heads up that once the restaurant closes and the staff leaves, in case I end up losing or forgetting both of...
