“Really beautiful property. Everyone is really nice. Bed very comfy. Had everything we needed for the week. About a 10 minute a walk to Sunset beach. You do want to rent a car as it is in Leeward beach area. Short drive to Grace Bay. Pool area is super nice with jacuzzi. ”

“Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay.”

“When we arrived the beach chairs and umbrellas were not there. The ironing board was broken, so was the iron and the hair dryer. The first day we were instructed to go to Grace bay beach, pay to rent chairs and umbrella and we would be reimbursed. When we arrived back to our condo, not only were we reimbursed, but brand new beach chairs, umbrellas, ironing board, iron and hair dryer was purchased and sent to our condo. Thank you Ortega. “The resort was great, driving on the unpaved road was unexpected, but that area was not one to driving at night. Blue hills and conch shack was great but in a taxi not a rented vehicle. We never saw the restaurant open but there wasn’t many families there so understandable. Renting a car was only way to go. Sea grass was all over the beach but maybe seasonal!? But snorkeling was good several hounded meters down beach. ”

“My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay. Rock was a most gracious host. Any questions we had, he was there to answer and he was able to provide any extras we needed. He also suggested places to eat and supermarkets close by, he had us covered. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable, not too far from anything on the island. We would most surely stay again on another visit. Thank you so much Rock for your hospitality!”
