"A great location beside the train station and a short walk into the heart of Salzburg. Good value for the price. The room was quite worn but still comfortable."

"The room itself was nice and clean with comfortable sitting areas near the lobby. However, luggage storage was unlocked and unmanned. Any person could have walked right into the hotel and taken your luggage with no staff member seeing. As a solo female traveler, I should have payed more attention to the fact that this hotel is unstaffed at night, too."

"We had a fabulous stay here and would absolutely return. The room was a great size, spotlessly clean, had lots of nice little thoughtful touches and the sauna was a great addition. The hotel on the whole is really lovely, the spa area is excellent, gym is good and everything felt so serene. The location is also really good, just a few minutes walk to the bus station which takes you direct to the airport and also a 15 minute or so walk in to the old town. It is a really special place and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend "
