"We had to book this hotel as original hotel was horrendous. On arrival was met by a loveky gentleman who was extremely helpful hotel rooms was very big and comfortable. Will definitely be staying again"

"The property is very well located, service is excellent and prompt. Love the decor of the hotel and rooms, the understated luxury is palpable, Bar is excellent The only objection is that we were given a room without windows (yes, no windows!). No mention in the reservation or at check in on this "detail". The room was beautiful, but never experienced something like this in a 5 star property (or any property)"

"Our stay at Casinohotel was great. We were in koksidje for a bike race and stayed the night. The soaker tub and breakfast spread were definitely highlights. The room was also quite large for a European hotel."

"Notre séjour dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles ne correspondait pas du tout à nos attentes. Les préférences pour les lits n'ont pas été respectées, et les terrasses, censées être privées, étaient en réalité des chemins d'évacuation sans sécurité ni intimité, avec des intrusions perturbantes directement devant nos fenêtres. Imaginez des gens devant votre fenêtre à 21h, en train de scruter l’intérieur et le matin vers 8h10, un enfant seul qui se balade devant votre chambre, sur la terrasse. Pas du tout...

"My experience at Hotel Bero was overall very positive. The location was really great; a 5 minute walk from the beach is amazing for a vacation. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was really big. The staff were polite and informative. I would definitely go back for another visit if I'm ever in Ostend again. "

"The hotel was pretty central, two minutes walk from the sea so that was certainly an added plus. Service was excellent, the receptionists were kind, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel bar is super cozy, with really lovely staff. The room was generally comfortable, though it felt quite cold, despite the heating being on (it was around 2-0 degrees outside).
