"We arrived late - When the reception was closed. Everything was ready for us and there was 2 Lovely tapas-plates in the room. Very nice staff. Very service minded. We could buy both lift cards and lockers at the cabins from the hotel. Very smooth and easy. Super breakfast buffet and nice dinner menus. Everything was super clean! The sauna and steambath in the basement was a Lovely way to end a day of skiing."

"Amazing place, hidden gem! We could not believe how nice the rooms and facilities were. Perfect location for families, a ski shop attached, beautiful warm pool and spa area, great gym, can walk one minute to multiple restaurants or enjoy the food here. The staff was exceptional. "

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"
