"Property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and worked to resolve all concerns. Had a little confusion about dropping car off at first return after check in (mainly language barrier) No one we contacted was fluent in English, causing some minor communication difficulties."

"Very basic rooms and unwelcoming reception staff: Swan tower Novo Hamburgo is said to be a 4 star hotel from the outside and in the lobby but it lacks the very basic room amenities such as a bathrobe, a pair of disposable slippers, an iron and a simple coffee jug- no 4am coffee lol unless you called over the phone (paid extra) and that would probably be a bother understandably. Bar looked amazing but it was a real struggle to get anyone to help. Always empty and unattended. Rooms were VERY basic...

"Excellent location. The hotel is newer, elegant and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, with a great variety but they can improve it a little with bacon, toppings for the granola bar, cucas. The pool was a little dirty the day we went to see it. The bed is comfortable, great pillows and sheets. The shower has good pressure. Overall it was really good. I would stay there again. "

"If I could give 10 stars I would. From the moment you arrive and are greeted at your car, you are treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and grace. The entire staff remembered our names, remember our preferences, took a genuine interest in ensuring that our experience was exceptional - which it was. This was our honeymoon and we can't say enough about how absolutely incredible this stay was. The hotel is tastefully designed with every single detail well thought out. I can't say enough about...

"I was 100% satisfied with my stay at this hotel and the service was above and beyond to give me a good experience! The room was spacious, the shower was nice, and I am so glad there was a heater in the room! Bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, and the location is great. The service however was the best and there was water in the lobby which came in handy. 10/10!"
