"The hotel foyer/reception was like a building site. Whilst I was informed beforehand that work was being undertaken, I didn’t expect it to be so major. The reception (when we found it) was a small office room in which staff were eating their meals. We were directed to chalet accommodation which quite frankly was shabby ( stained carpets and linen). "When we arrived, we learned the hotel was overbooked but the manager helped us into one of their sister properties. The room was comfortable and breakfast delicious. Service was great aside from some young guy at the front desk with a horrible attitude (thank goodness for the great manager!)"

"I booked to stay here as it was close to Gaborone International School where I was doing some work. I was able to make arrangements with the hotel to provide dinner for me which was a huge help as I did not have my own transport. The villa is a converted house, but as it is less than a year old, everything is new and nice and the renovations have ben nicely done. I was the only person staying in the B&B on the night I was there - but appreciated that the staff still made an effort with breakfast...
