"Facility food quality service ocean view best resort hotel in the world"

"One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in bar-none. Room was massive with a gorgeous night view. All room amenities could be controlled via the tablet in the headboard, including AC, TV and info about Beppu. Within walking distance of Beppu Station as it's just up the hill. Parking offered from venue across the street. Bathroom had a full soak tub with a powder room, and a segregated toilet. room. Beds were comfortable and big. Rooftop pool was a joy to experience, with heated guardrail-less pools that have stone chairs built into the pool overlooking Beppu and the mountains. Onsen was decent, but could use a servicing to remove lime scale. Will be back again"

"Both front desk and restaurant Staff are very attentive and helpful. The hot spring bath and massage chairs helped relieve fatigue. We are so glad we chose this hotel."
