We met Joan, and she was super kind and sweet! She cooks dinner and breakfast for everyone, and it was SO delicious! The whole place is beautiful! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! "Pretty amazing price for a Gilded Age gem that's still being kept in top shape. It's sort of the Hollywood ideal of what a swanky hotel is supposed to look like. There was a good gym and good bar/eating options right on site (for a quick bite in the morning and a night cap later on). Good gym too. It's located right in downtown Pittsburgh. It's a short walk to the ballpark & football stadium. There's transit stops all over the place if you're heading to other sections of the city. They have a valet service if you want it, though there's self-parking right next to the hotel at a good price."
