Everyone was very friendly, we loved our first visit to Pittsburgh. I'm going to give our review 5 stars but the only thing I question was 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed our room wasn't cleaned. Not sure if that's normal because we had slept in and left around noon. But in any case it was a fun time.

Absolutely great service with the front desk accommodating a couple requests for me. The valet guys were especially customer oriented, having my car ready in advance for each time I needed it. Plus, it’s a beautiful hotel, as you would expect from Fairmont.

I had the river view which was great! Very clean room with comfortable beds. I did try calling the front desk several times on the way in and from my room without getting an answer. Excellent place to stay if you want to walk to Acrisure stadium for events. Very nice hotel.
