The property is undergoing renovations. My room hadn't been done yet. The couch and carpet were stained, but otherwise the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Slept great! Breakfast was okay. There are limited choices in this area. This is the best available. Suitable for the price.

Stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids for a night while enroute to Niagara Excellent experience for a stay overnight with respect to value to the price. The staff is helpful and the rooms were clean. The breakfast is basic. Overall I will recommend for anyone looking to stay for a night or two.

The worst industrial grade coffee in history of hotels. The breakfast was garbage. Count on a room for the night and no other frills. The highway noise can be an issue for some sensitive ears. Staff are very friendly.

The room was very hot when we arrived. What appeared to be climate control on the wall didn’t work at all but we were able to turn on the AC in the actual unit under the window. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. However the bedroom furnishings were dated and there were no lamps on the bedside tables or the desk. We experienced low water pressure in the shower. The breakfast offerings were unappealing and the breakfast service area was messy. The main floor restroom sink faucet barely functions and there were no paper towels in the dispenser. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

We arrived late, but the front desk staff was friendly and professional. Room and bathroom were both clean. Breakfast was a bit limited, but my kids enjoyed the waffles. It was a pleasant stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves. Room was clean. Continental breakfast was nice and included hot items. Our air conditioning wasn't working but staff had it repaired within an hour on a Saturday night! There's a great Italian restaurant across the street. We would definitely stay again!
