"The resort itself is amazing. The property is very beautiful, manicured lawns and gardens and the restaurant, bar and rooms are well appointed and very clean. The food and drinks are on the expensive side but very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff at the restaurants and pool/bar were beyond friendly and amazing. Loved them! The gentleman at check-in though did not provide much of a warm welcome. We had just driven from Lima and had an encounter with corrupt cops on the way...

"I liked the location and the great green areas within the hotel property. I did not like their shower system in the bathrooms. I did not like the refusal to accept my pet dog because her weight was over 15 Kg. "

" Ery close to the ocean and restaurants. Helpful staff but do not try to communicate via expedia as they did not answer. You can get the number and use whatsapp which seems to be the way to communicate.This way they scheduled us a taxi from and to the airport The number is actually 351 calle Berlin which created some confusion "

"Very noisy, from outside noise and from the rooms nearby. The toilet wasn't working very well, it didn't drain correctly. Also it was very humid, no ventilation, I almost slipped because the floor was so moist."
