"We stayed for 10 days and this hotel was perfect. Two pools, never too crowded, well maintained. Public areas and rooms very clean. Room had a great balcony, lovely sunset view. The staff are brilliant, so welcoming, helpful, always cheerful. We only used the restaurant twice and the food was good both times. It’s 10 min walk down to Unawatuna beach, 15 min tuk tuk to Jungle beach. Unawatuna has lots of food options and shops but there are also some great places to eat within a few mins walk of...

"The towel had not been changed.
I requested a change but received no response.
I asked again and it was eventually changed.
There were numerous gaps around the balcony door, allowing mosquitoes to enter the room.
I requested mosquito repellent and received it, but it proved ineffective.
Even whilst sleeping, mosquitoes flew around my face, causing discomfort.
Access to the beach was poor."
