Plum Island 5 Stars Hotels

Such a wonderful welcome! One of the best check-in experiences - Sarah was so welcoming, gave me wine and had my bags taken up so I could go up to the roof terrace and enjoy the view! Marvelous!

The hotel was beautiful and perfectly located near all the great sites to check off your list. You don’t need a vehicle because parking is way over priced but your doormen/valet are so accommodating and attentive. The subway is even reasonably within walking distance to take to Time Square or to go catch a great Broadway show!

Eddie the doorman remembers me, the staff is cheerful and efficient and the room never disappoints. The bar and restaurant are great too. It’s a nice boutique experience whenever I stay there

A couple of little complaints. Minor, but would have expected a hotel of this caliber to have complimentary hand cream and chocolates on your pillow at night. Otherwise, a beautiful hotel, great restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff.

Clean , quiet. Amazing views , also the water pressure is AMAZING! Will definitely return .

Amazing experience

Good

The Beekman, A Thompson Hotel is the loveliest hotel I've stayed at in New York. It is charming and luxiurious at the same time. It has a breathtaking Atrium and beautifully designed spaces - from the hallways to the elevators to the rooms - all immaculately designed. The staff was beyond helpful and informative and saw to all of our needs promptly. They have lovely doormen that greet you upon your return to the hotel. Rooms are compact, but beautiful. Only complaints would be that it is a...

Wonderful

exceptionally friendly

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that wasn’t great was there was nowhere to get breakfast in the hotel, since we were there for business, it was an inconvenience to have to leave the hotel to find a place to eat every morning.

Great place to stay, convenient to everything and LOVED the smell of the hotel…. Would stay again

Amazing staff and service, they made us feel extremely welcome and looked after

I love this property and will stay here again. I would encourage some kind of partnership with the folks that run the homeless kitchen next door because I feel that being a good and conscientious neighbor with such a facility would actually enhance safety in any area. The hotel itself is boutique-like and this is rare in NYC. It is one of my favorites!!
