Staff entered our room without knocking...

"Expedia luxury Private Transfer didn’t arrive so we were left stranded in a Greek airport.
The telephone number on the voucher was Netherlands and no answer !

"Overall great experience, the hotel is amazing, breakfast is really good.
Just few details not to give only 5 stars reviews. The SPA had issues when we wanted to use it, the extra activities prices are crazy … but overall the personal is really kind and welcome, food and beverages are amazing, hotel rooms great and comfy!"
