Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff!

We had a great stay for one night. The hostess greeted us outside when we pulled into the parking lot, and showed us right to our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the Inn at Little Washington is really only 1-2 minutes. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and felt personal- a very friendly staff that clearly takes pride in making sure guests are well cared for.

The suites( they are more than rooms) are marvelous. Quiet, great views and one of the most comfortable beds ever. The bathroom was also very nice, and the floor is heated. Couple that with butlered coffee and beignets each morning, and you’vr Got s high standard to beat

Quiet, comfortable and perfect choice for the self-sufficient traveler. Will always book when in Culpeper.

We enjoyed our stay at Hopkins very much. Very hospitable but not luxurious. Breakfast was very delicious and the hosts were very helpful. Located in beautiful farm land with national park nearby and great restaurants. We enjoyed the ale from the ale house too.

Amazing time in the cabin privacy was amazing . The view was astonishing.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We got exactly the room that we booked the staff from check into the staff in the gift shops, and in the dining area were friendly and accommodating and made you feel right at home! We did just keep commenting on how friendly everybody was. Of course our room was beautiful the view was breathtaking. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The food was fantastic. My husband had the western omelette and I had the Greek on blood but I did not want feta cheese...

I made a mistake on my check out date. And they had no problems with me extending my stay one more night. Everyone that I talked to was friendly and helpful.

We were visiting our niece who was running a dog show in Jeffersonton. Didn’t find anything there…we had a great time in Culpepper…hotel was very convenient to everything we needed and was a great small town. Great…just great.

My family was very pleasantly surprised with our stay. We arrived late Friday night to a very friendly desk clerk who took care of us quickly and professionally. Room was very nice and comfortable. We were staying here for its proximity to a swim meet in the area. Personalized, warm service in a nicely updated historic hotel. Good coffee and buffet breakfast served in the comfortable Keeping Room. Walkable location. Rooms were formerly apartments, so there are kitchens and living areas in every unit, making it easy to relax and socialize.
