A welcoming B&B in Washington, VA. We used it as a base to walk on the Appalachian Trail and visit wineries, easily accessible from Washington. Breakfast was excellent. Internet was iffy despite the house WIFi and cell phone service was dreadful.

The Gay Street Inn is a MUST-stay property for anyone visiting Washington, VA. Drew is the epitome of what a B&B host should strive to be. If Michelin gave out stars for hotels and B&Bs, The Gay Street Inn would have a 3-star rating. Rooms are well-appointed and ultra clean and breakfast was superb! Will definitely stay here in the future!!!
