I really felt welcome here and taken care of. From the very first walk in, where the staff offered a welcome drink in the bar while checking in, to the restaurant where you have your own table throughout your stay.
Here, you are not just handed over your room key and told where your room is. No, here the lovely staff will walk you to your room while...

“There was so much to do at the resort. We enjoyed the vast amount of options for swimming and spas, it was very relaxing. There was also so many activities to keep us busy when we wanted some adventure. The food was excellent and the staff were great during our stay. ”

“The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort.
