"Our flight was moved out ab extra day and when i atttempted to cancel and rebook for the next day, I was going to be charged a three hundred dollar cancelation fee for a room of less than three hundred so i just kept the room and never used it and found a better hotel."

"One of the most bad experiences I had ever The staff is rude and don’t care and don’t even check If they have aged or no or ketchup or no or even anything you ask for Everybody they are I say the other department go for it Very busy and all tourists come mid s hotel to enjoy in The pool desk was closed although given on the app and I thought that there is pool Even if it’s raining next day it was sunny why they don’t open it !! Or even let us sit on the chairs beside it And I didn’t see even coffe machine That was regret and room smaller than my restroom and view is terrible "

"Our stay in New York was amazing! The hotel location is incredible and made it very easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is very good, super clean and organized, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We loved everything! As a suggestion, it would be great if they had a minibar in the room, as it would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again!"
