Comfortable, clean, close to public transportation, target, and shopping. Good customer service. Wish the shower hot water was hotter, and there was a refrigerator, microwave, iron, inside the room.

There’s a great vibe here—easy going and comfort with style. The staff was friendly and helpful, even over the phone. Coffee and snacks at $3-4 each made the mornings great. NYC tourists are near a 1 train at 181st to head straight downtown with the bonus of but a diverse neighborhood and nearby parks and waterfront. A king suite was a perfect fit for a family of three with older child, plus had a stellar uptown view.

The rooms were pretty spacious for what we needed! The front desk staff was awesome and they have vouchers for their little cafe and the bar next door!! Their cafe had the best little matcha. The only complaint I have is that the water temperate didn’t start or stay hot like in a normal hotel. Other than that it was 5/5 and would def stay again!

We loved it and the restaurant but for Friday night. We were on the 10th floor and the he music from the Event space on the 12th floor shock and pounded us till 4 am. If you like to sleep at night come here weeknights ONLY!

Clean, cute safe hotel

The rooms were super quiet, even though it was above a busy street. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean. The staff downstairs was always super friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The furnishings were adorable also. Really fun trendy hotel.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the days i was there Jalao wasnt open due to the holiday and breakfast was not available as i was there on a monday and Tuesday. Other than that it was a comfortable stay and i would come back.
