"The worst part about this place is that you eventually have to leave. It was the most delightful experience and I hope to be back. The saunas and experiences were 5 stars. "No amenities not even a water boiler or coffee maker in the room for almost $200/night. I think it is partially my own fault - if I had noticed there was no water boiler/coffeeee maker in the room, I would not have chosen this hotel. I've thought it's essential - but NO. Yes, you could get free coffee or tea from the bar - but you need to join some membership and it's A LOT trouble to do so - especially when it's busy time, you have to wait in the line. Besides, they only clean the room every 5 days for free - which means if you are not stay more than 5 days, there is no room service for that. Otherwise it's a very good location for shopping and travelling around. The room is clean and staff is friendly."
