"Beautiful, comfortable hotel, just a block from the main train station (and a Co-op store in case you want to pick up a sandwich or salad to go). As with all hotels in Basel, you receive a free transportation pass. Easy walking access to the river and Old Town. We boarded a Rhine River Cruise at the Steiger Klybeck Platform 2, and were able to get a tram directly in front of the hotel to get within a 10 min. walk to the dock."
