"Reception staff is very friendly and welcoming.. you get a welcome drink which was a surprise and bonus! Clean room, spacious, nespresso machine! Would have appreciated a small fridge! But overall recommend really close to old town and airport."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly upon check in. They held our luggage for us when we arrived before check in time. We were provided a free transit pass to explore the city. The hotel was very modern and well kept. The air conditioning was a bit weak with the full length windows facing the sun most of the day, even with the curtains drawn, it was very warm in the room. Would definitely stay again, just maybe on the cooler season"

"The hotel and staff were excellent and if you have an event at Jakobshalle the no 14 tram stop is 2 blocks and goes direct. My only issue was the area that lacked restaurants and limited hours"
