大浴場が広々していてゆっくりできた。 サウナがあったのも嬉しい！水風呂も広くて快適でした。 　無料のマッサージ機やコーヒー、マンガ、卓球などが充実していて部屋以外で過ごせたのもよかった。 　朝食の海鮮丼が美味しかった！ また利用したいです。

網走での宿泊は此処で決まり！

コロナ問題有り、時節柄スポーツ合宿有りで、個人旅行者はやや肩身が狭くなりがち。そんな中、共有スペースではのんびり出来たし、何と言っても客室からの眺望は幾つかのマイナスポイントを帳消しにするだけのものでした。朝食前の湖畔の散歩は気持ち良かったです。

古いせいかもしれないですね！

ストーブが囲われていたせいで、部屋が温まりずらく寒いし、食事が良くなかった。布団の敷き方がグチャグチャで悪かった。洗面台のタオルがボロボロなのも嫌でした。

網走湖に臨む静かなホテル

大型のホテル。網走湖に臨む山の中腹にあり、客室の窓からは素晴らしい眺望であった。朝食も地元の食材を豊かに使い大変満足。ただ、客室は年季の入った和室特有のにおいが気になった。何より不快だったのは、ちょうど大学のラグビー部の合宿とぶつかっており、彼らのシューズが廊下に置かれていたこと。仕方がないと思うが、チェックインのときに一言伝えてくれれば、他のルートを通行できたのが残念だった。

整體相當舒適的地方

飯店外觀不怎麼樣，但裡頭很乾淨整齊，我住的和室房型，空間很夠還面湖。 有免費且漂亮的各式浴衣可以出借，還提供兩個不同的樓層的湯池，為了欣賞不同景色，還有男、女湯互換的時段，相當貼心的設計。 停車也免費，但要留鑰匙，不過車子就在門口密集停，也沒什麼好擔心的。 早餐還可以，不是非要在飯店吃的人，其實可以不必考慮。 飯店對面的網走湖畔，相當值得一遊，可以看到老鷹耶！如果網走湖乾淨清澈些，就更完美了。

We were on a road trip around the middle and south of Hokkaido. The hotel while slightly out of town was clean, comfortable and good value.regretably during the night the earthquake struck Hokkaido and caused all electricity throughout Hokkaido to fail.

因入住時北海道地震影響，沒有水電力供應, 溫泉沒有提供， 接待服務員很好，到車場幫手取行李，到接待處check in， 還幫忙取行李搬上五樓房間，還提供簡單免費晚餐早餐， 衷心感謝咁多位酒店 服務員專業精神服務…

古い施設に結構ありがちな浴室周りの排水容量の問題。 最低限、バスタブの排水栓を普通に抜いた状態で溢れることだけは避けるようなメンテナンスをしてほしい。 部屋は広くて、窓から見える網走湖はキレイでした。

Western style room was only able to accommodate maximum of 2 pax as opposed to the maximum of 4 as stated on Expedia page. Was given a japanese tatami room upon check in but hotel reception was kind enough to provide us with 2 western style rooms with beds instead. Would be better if we were able to stay in their new wing instead of the annex but least the room was clean albeit outdated.
