"This hotel needs a major overhaul. Its so dated and old. Zero AC in the room we had on the 7th floor. We booked for 3 people and only had 2 robes in the room and no hand towels. This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel within 6 months and I can say it will probably be the last time unless this owner starts to put some care into his business. Pretty disappointed."

"Stayed here more than once, it is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is typical, but good. They gym is very small but has a couple of pieces of equipment. The large shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower and the large liquid soap at the sink are appreciated. Definitely recommend."

"Average hotel in every aspect: Amenity- hotel was an old building with recent renovations, though the soundproofing is terribly poor. We were on 2nd floor and all the sounds made by the guest on the 3rd floor can be heard very clearly. Cleanliness - the Keurig coffee maker has the "Descale" light on, it seems it never gets descaled. Staff - I waited for 5 minutes at the front when checking in, and they refused to offer any connecting rooms or even put us on the same floor. "

"Dirty room smelled horrible no ice machine no bathroom fan bed was horrible never would I stay again nor should you they make you pay up front and for 166 dollars please best western across the street 15 bucks more and more like a 4 star there what a joke"

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, pretty complete breakfast choices. I wasn’t really a fan of the egg “patties” but there was also sausage and pancakes and 3 different pre-packaged muffins (blueberry, banana nut and chocolate) which were very good. They also had good options for filling water bottles, even large ones. I’ve stayed a few times and would definitely stay again!"
