“Clean room and convenient location!!”

“We’ve stayed 3 times now and do so for the extra space, AC, and pool. This stay the pool was disappointing. The water was extremely cloudy so much that you could not see the bottom. We asked staff and they let us know there was a problem with the pump that had been replaced already and they were monitoring the PH of the water daily but it still wasn’t the crystal clear pool we were used to and did make us alittle hesitant to use it. The rooms were the same as before, spacious and clean. I...

“프론트 직원은 호텔 주차 관련 지식이 전혀 없고 알려고하는 의지도 없음. (직원 3명에게 확인한 내용) 객실 습도는 전혀 관리 항목에 없고 온도 또한 조절에 많은 시간이 걸림. 쇼파베드는 일반적인 간이 침대보다 못함. 결과적으로 쇼파도 사용못하고 베드 품질도 떨어지는 모양새.”
