"The property is beautiful. Check in was quick and efficient. I stayed in late August and the flowers around the courtyard were especially lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Although the chairs in the room need to be updated (one had a very saggy seat and was quite uncomfortable the upholstery on both the chairs is a bit shabby and could be updated) everything was clean. Although the hotel was very busy I didn't really hear much outside noise even though my room was ground level and right on the courtyard. I didn't even hear any of the big trucks coming or going in the early morning hours. There are quite a few eating options within walking distance so very convenient. The shopping centre is a five minute drive and the hospital about the same. Very centrally and conveniently located. Lovely hotel and will stay here again if we are coming through PG."

"This was our second stay as we passed through town. Convenient location. Friendly desk staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Could use stronger lights in room and bathroom. Hard to read and put on makeup. Hallway carpet really needs stretching. Sorry to see microbrewery next door burnt down. Would definitely not recommend Black clover pub down the street. Terrible food and terrible service."

"Check in was great, they put us in a double room at 1st but on Expedia we booked a king, receptionist fixed it right away and put us in the last king room. Room was clean, and great. Today's staff receptionist he was wonderful."
