“The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows. The bed is very comfortable but a bit on the narrow side. “This house did not feel stable or safe. It is very very old, and many things weren't working: fireplace, washer, hot water in sinks and upper shower, coffee machine, shower doors broken, etc. The floors upstairs and stairs creaked so much they felt like they were about to fall through.
