Great :)
This is my second time to stay in AG. The hotel is a bit outdated but not bad for staying for one night. Bed was comfortable, no bed bugs (compare to my 1st stay experience in here) the Filipina receptionist were both accommodating and the Manager was so warm, friendly and welcoming, positive vibes. The hotel is easy access to the bus stop. The bathroom has hot water and amenities. It was a PLEASANT stay.

Located on main road well connected all places.
Very pleasant staff and positive response during my stay. Unlike my last visit, this time I was not lucky to get my early check in request. Nevertheless I was happy as I could keep my stuff and went out for my business meeting. Breakfast is satisfactory though not many varieties for vegetarians. Over all my my stay was good. Still i may stay for my next business visit.

Great tiny hotel
Very nice staff, perfect location, the only thing that wasn't great was I could hear the next room and was a little bit loud.

部屋は広くて快適。ただ、ホテル周囲に飲食店が少ない。2日目にバスタブが洗浄されていなかったが、これは、もしかして部屋清掃を御願いするボタンを押していなかったせいかも。。

I was surprised from the beginning. They do not have a parking free and this is not mentioned on the site. I spend 10 minutes to obtain a key. They make a lot of copies of your identity card. At the end even if I let them to know that I used some food from room they make a personal check (another 10 minutes). Second morning they start a vacuum cleaning on the hall at 7:20 AM. No comments....

I stayed at this hotel before when the name of the hotel was COMFORT INN. The hotel is only two bus stops to the big AL WAHDA Mall where there is a food court with MCDONALD and Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Star Bucks Coffee, etc. BUS TERMINAL to take bus to DUBAI is within walking distance. Here you can take A1 BUS to/from the airport.

Odalar temiz düzenli, güzel. Şehir merkezinin dışında olması ulaşımı biraz zorlaştırıyor. Her ne kadar çıkışta ücret ödeyeceğiniz yazsada otele girişte ücreti peşin alıyorlar. Ödeme yapmadan otele giriş yaptırmıyorlar, çıkış anına kadar da faturanızı hazırlamıyorlar.

I had a one day stay there, it was good for one day The pros: location (in middle of Abu Dhabi) clean price Cons: Reception area was tight difficult to get your luggage in and out other things, I have not used any as I stayed for one day

Too much money if you compare the offering
Clean room, but the hotel is far from the touristics points. Reception staff dont know how to provide informations as buses, main points to visit etc. In the bathroom there was a troubles with Hotwater, and poor room servisse.

YGWYPF- Good for the price
For the price I paid, I was actually impressed. Yes it is a little on the dingy and dark, but the room was clean and the front desk/housekeeping/restaurant really did their best to make us comfortable. It is pretty centrally located and check in/out was easy breezy.

Never again
This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at for a long time. Service was appalling. Room service menu was a piece of pure fiction. Nothing on it was available. After two promises to provide a basic meal of fish and chips within 20 minutes, neither of which happened within 30 minutes, I was eventually provided with a fish and chips dinner but was then told I had to pay immediately. I refused and told them I would pay on checkout. On checkout they said the amount due was 75AED instead of 30AED as per in room dining menu. After much argument 30AED was agreed as the due amount.

good location and well connected to places
Hotel staff very helpful and cooperative. Accepted our earlier check-in. The location of the hotel best suited for short business trips and attending exhibitions. Overall our experience is good.

Останавливался на одну ночь. Отель отказался от брони, сказали что номер стоит дороже! Пришлось заплатить. времени уже не было . расположение удобное для тех кто пользуется общественным транспортом.рядом остановка городского автобуса и центральная автобусная станция для поездки в Дубай. второй раз не остановлюсь.

Not worth the money
1) they didn't find my booking. took one hour to check me inn (not a busy time at the reception, but too sloooow) 2) WIFI was unstable. 3) very noisy room because of all the trafic in the big road outside 4) i wouldn't qualify the personel as helpful or skillful.

Staff is not updated of new booking.
They ignore our booking through expedia although I showed them our booking confirm and they said we did not have yet. After argument they gave us room

Breakfast problems
At check out the manager tried to get us to pay for breakfast that we did not have. It took a while to get this thing sorted out. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Jag satt just och kollade hur jag skulle komma i kontakt med er och då dök er betygssättning upp på datorn. Eftersom vi sagt vi skulle komma kl 02 den 20/11 och istället kom kl 04 så trodde personalen kanske att vi ej skulle komma utan dom överlät rummet till ngn annan. Då vi kom och visade vår beställning så blev det lite diskussion mellan de 2 bkom disken. Vi hade bokat dubbelrum med singel bedd. Nu var frågan om vi kunde acceptera en svit på högsta våningen men tyvätt stor dubbelsäng. Ok tyckte vi det var ju redan strax morgon och vi skulle få byta på kvällen. Kvällen kom och bytet. Under många ursäkter från personalen började vi packa upp igen... Då kom samma kille tillbaka och ursäktade att det hade blivet ett ytterligare fel och att vi skulle få återta SVITEN Ha, ha... Denna gång var det färdigflyttat så vi fick bo verkligt flott alla nätter till hemresan. Vi frågade flera ggr om priset vi fått vid inbokningen av std. rummet skulle gälla Och så var fallet när vi betalade trots att sviten var dubbelt så dyr. Allt var toppen...Undantag frukosten på hotellet som absolut inte var värd de många pengar de ville ha. C:a 100 m från hotellet fanns en liten nyöppnad restaurang "Broccoli" där en utsökt frukost bara kostade 32:- SEK inkl gott kaffe. Ett annat råd är att ta med kopian på bokningen där både karta och bild på hotellet ingår när ni ska beställa Taxi. För taxi behövs för det är långt till centrum.
