I was extremely concerned to read your comments and would like to clarify that you made your booking via Hotels.com and in the booking confirmation which is sent to your email clearly specifies the room chagres, and it also gives you the break down and Dhs. 15/- per night Municipality Room Fee to be paid at the Hotel, which is exactly the amount that has been charged on your Hotel invoice, also concerning the towel fee, which the Hotel provided you with fresh clean linen for your two nights stay and upon your check-out you were notified that the face towel was damaged and a fee was charged.
