Fantastic
아주 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 호텔은 정말 청결했고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 우리 가족의 주관광지였던 Yas Island와는 조금 거리가 있었지만, 어느 때라도 예약없이 나와도 택시를 이용할 수 있었습니다.

I won't visit next time
When check-in, I requested a non-smoking room, and the air conditioner in the room was noisy, so I changed the room once. The second room was arranged as a smoking room. I did not ask for a smoking room. I tried to bear it, but the smell continued, so I found out it was a smoking room. It would have been nice if they let me know in advance so I could find another way. When I asked why it was placed as a smoking room, reception staff said it was because there was no left room. If so, they should have informed them in advance. But on the way back from the reception to the room, I saw myself cleaning up many empty rooms. It was unpleasant, but there was nothing to expect from the staff of the 5 star hotel anymore. They were very unkindful. The Sheraton has a good location, but the facilities are old, poorly maintained and, crucially, the attitude of the staff is very unkind. Guest who are unfamiliar with the pronunciation of non-English speaking countries, in particular, may meet the uncomfortable attitude of non-English speaking countries staff. If someone don't understand the English of many countries, they should better find another hotel. In my experience, Sheraton did not provide luxurious 5 star hotel services in Abu Dhabi. It wasn't good even compared to other hotels with similar price points. I have experience visited 15 hotels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. If the old hotel is well maintained and the staff are friendly, it can be a classic luxury hotel. Like I expe

Our stay was truly delightful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would eagerly return. Nulen (apologies if we've misspelled the name) at the reception desk was an absolute gem. She greeted us warmly, efficiently arranged our breakfast reservations, and was always on hand to assist with transportation, making our stay even more enjoyable. Her exceptional hospitality left a lasting impression on us. The only disappointment was discovering that the beach club was closed :( While we recognize that this is beyond the hotel's control, it was, ironically, the allure of the beach club that drew us to choose the Sheraton for our stay.

Staff friendly and attentive Bathrooms/change rooms around the pool area weren't clean Noisy room, our room was street facing and street noise was loud. We also woke one evening from the room above us being cleaned at 3am, could hear vacuum, it echoed into our room. Staff however did stop when we called reception.

The hotel has lovely large bedrooms which are spotlessly clean. House keeping is excellent. The breakfast buffet has an excellent selection of both hot and cold foods. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only down side of the hotel is that it is next to a very busy road. The traffic noise in the city view room was annoying at night. I would pay for a pool side room next time away from the traffic noise. I would stay at this hotel again. Location is perfect for walking along the Corniche.

Hôtel bon pour les affaires, séminaires etc mais pas pour des vacances en amoureux. Bien que 5 étoiles l’accueil est loin d’être à la hauteur des autres hôtels 5 étoiles d’Abu Dhabi que nous avons eu l’occasion de faire. La chambre côté ville est au troisième étage, très bruyant. La salle de bains est à rafraîchir (joints noirs, porte vitrée avec du calcaire) et le linge de toilette était effiloché. La plage donne sur des immeubles et il ne s’agit que d’un petit courant d’eau, pas la mer comme on peut la voir dans les autres hôtels de la Corniche. Nous avons déjeuné sur les matelas de la plage et le repas était bon. Bref ça a fait l’affaire pour une nuit d’escale mais nous ne reviendrons pas.

In general, the hotel is fine; however, its location is not very central, to find restaurants for lunch or dinner, you need to take a taxi. The tiles inside the shower need to be regrouted, as they appear dirty due to the grout falling off or having a darker color.

We started coming to the sheraton resort in 2014 and really loved the place. A few things have changed but the beach and pool areas are always lovley places to just relax and enjoy the sun. The staff as always were very helpful ,the breakfast is very good with a good variety. We stayed in a club room and found the club buffet poor and really lacking any decent food although the lounge was very nice and the staff friendly it was very basic. The room was ok the lack of any sound proofing is makes for a desturbed nights sleep the noise of the doors shutting sounds like a shotgun firing which occurs every night at varying times, we stayed on the sixth floor andni think we had the cast of Riverdance staying above us . We love this hotel and area and will be back next year. Thanks Sheraton.

The facilities are great. The staff went above and beyond. The room was very good for a family of three (executive suite). We were given access to the executive lounge for afternoon snacks and happy hour which was great, especially with a picky 5 year who always wants to eat.

Beautiful hotel, recently refurbished, great service and all staff were lovely. Food is good quality with the exception of The Tavern and the music around the pool is a tad loud and doesn’t cater for older clients. Bu other than that fab location and would definitely return
