Big Improvement!

The hotel underwent extensive renovation, and the results are evident. The modern, clean rooms and incredibly comfortable beds make for a comfortable stay.

Stayed for 6 nights. Excellent food options. Buffet breakfast and dinner had an international flairn which we served in the main dining room daily. There were also 4 optional dining options 2 restaurants and a cafe and a bar /dining by the pool side. The bed was very comfortable. I looked forward to getting in bed in the evenings. It was not just a hotel, it had a resort feel to it. If I should visit Abuja again, I would stay there again.

It's much better managed than when it was under Sheraton. The room had a lot of noises coming in from the street and club, even though I asked for a quiet room. The corridor was made of tile and transmitted a lot of noise when people walked by your unit (luggage, cleaning cart, etc.).

It was a good stay. My room rate was quite expensive for the value I received. For over $300 I expected more but overall it was acceptable. The checking in and check out process was quite slow. Others kept jumping the queue and the staff entertained it. That was quite annoying.

現在はシェラトンではなく、ABUJA CONTINETAL HOTELです。もともとあった1階の受付は閉じられており、その横に小さな机が２つ置かれて、臨時の受付をしていました。1階にはオフィスやお店がありますが、大くが営業活動をしていません。 部屋は活気がなく、ひと気もまばらです。私の客室通路のランプは壊れ、灯はついていませんでした。通路の先はごみが散らかっていました。ワードローブの扉はうまく空きませんでした。スプリンクラーの数が少なく、火災が起きた際は心配です。 一方で、毎日水は提供してくれました、朝食もおいしくいただきました。シャワーのお湯も、水圧も問題ありません。WIFI環境は部屋によって異なります。私が最初に使った部屋は、数日後にアクセスできなくなりましたが、引っ越しした部屋ではうまく利用できました。 リノベーションをしての再生を期待しています。
