El princess es icono de Acapulco y se entiende que a raíz del huracan todo el puerto está en difícil situación, siento que por querer levantarlo rápido no gastaron en material de calidad ya la pintura se está descarapelan, ojalá y vuelva a ser ese Princess que conocí de niña.

- los elevadores De la Torre perla nunca sirvieron - los elevadores De la Torre pirámide un día si un día no sirvieron los elevadores - el servicio de recamaristas muy malo , no dejan café , toallas , etc -hay gente muy grocera custodiando los elevadores quien sube y quien baja , de forma prepotente . los muebles de la torre pirámide se ven viejos y acabados , y ellos dicen que es la zona que ya renovaron !!!

Me parece algo caro el paquete todo incluido con relación a la oferta de restaurantes y opciones de alimentos, definitivamente no es el mejor en ese aspecto. El resto está bien, ya casi no hay rastros del huracán. Ojo que al llegar no te permiten usar tu paquete hasta después de la 1:00 pm, LLEGUEN DESAYUNADOS, yo me puse de malas por eso.

Es la segunda vez que voy seguida y no funcionan los elevadores. Ademas que solo hay un restaurante para atender a la hora de la comida y el personal es insuficiente. Mismo caso que me pasó de la vez pasada.

Le hace falta terminar sus remodelaciones , solo hay un elevador y hay que esperar mucho tiempo , más variedad de comida y estaría bien volver a colocar sus palapas en la playa

Me encanta ir ahí, siempre que puedo ir a Acapulco, este hotel es mi destino, lástima que en el restaurante “beach club” es muy caro en relación a la calidad/cantidad de los alimentos, ojalá y mejoren ese aspecto
