Mal servicio en general, no limpiaron la habitación un par de días, no había toallas en el área de alberca, la regadera estaba tapada, decepcionante instalaciones y servicio
Cumple con todo lo que ofrece. Recámaras limpias, variedad de restaurantes para elegir, albercas en buen estado. No está a pie de playa y no tiene bonita vista, pero se sabe desde la descripción. El club de playa no está tan lejos, aunque es pequeño y se llena muy rápido, pero si vas a primera hora alcanzas buen lugar y puedes disfrutar todo el día. Todas las personas que brindan un servicio (meseros, botones, recepcionistas) son muy amables, a pesar de estar desbordados y lidiar con todo tipo de gente, mantienen la cordialidad y la sonrisa. Yo más bien calificaría mal a varios huéspedes, que dejan la basura donde sea, tienen mala actitud, se meten en la fila, meten a niños en la alberca solo para adultos, llevan bocinas a todo lo que da, etc. Si vas con una actitud respetuosa y ves que todo mundo está haciendo lo mejor que puede, organizas bien tus tiempos, haces reservas en los restaurantes, la pasarás bien aún en temporada alta. Recomendaría pagar el todo incluido ya que los precios de carta están muy elevados. En los restaurantes puede que lo valga, en el club de playa Scala no mucho porque la comida es bastante mala. Solo vale la pena la botana de parrilla (hamburguesas, alitas), los mariscos no. Las bebidas un poco escuetas y no sabes qué marcar de licor le ponen y aunque según puedes elegir, tienen tanta gente que se terminan revolviendo los pedidos. Igualmente los meseros de ahí son muy amables. El mar ahí está muy lindo, te puedes meter bien, para toda la familia.
El desayuno Buffet es bueno
El restaurante carnival es caro y malos platillos
Las bebidas en general caras y con mala presentación y tamaño
Les falta hora feliz en área de albercas
Y poner gente para organizar actividades o poner ambiente
En principio los elevadores eso de poner la tarjeta y que no la capte pfff además de que ya les hace falta mantenimiento luego no tenía frigobar, que como hay pocos solo lo ponen cuando se solicita!? Luego el aire acondicionado no funciona que hasta que lo desbloqueen y tardaron como 1 hora y la habitación caliente! Las almohadas ya muy usadas y pues los restaurantes ya vacíos y las instalaciones descuidadas pues qué lástima que lo estén dejando caer.
Todo estuvo bien, el hotel limpio, el personal atento y amable, áreas de alberca limpias.
Lo que no me gustó es que el Club de Playa estaba cerraso y no me informaron que se podía accesar al Princess, me enteré que se podía el día de mi salida.
Todo muy bien en general el detalle estuvo en que ahora te quieren vender una membresía y el personal dedicado a eso está detrás de ti para que accedas a la platica informativa
El servicio muy muy lento, no vale.la pena pir lo que pagas, en el todo incluido te tardan demasiado en darte una bebiba, lla meseros aun cuando les das propina parece que estan enojados, definitivamente no regresaria
Es muy rico todo lo q si deberían de exijirles a los del restaurante ponerse cubre bocas eso da una plus ya q están hablando estornudan y demás .Eso lo vi en un hotel en Cancún y cocina tiene cubre y todo personal cerca de comida
También ser más explícitos en las habitaciones al hotel podrían poner un comentario donde diga en el centro del hotel o a la orilla del hotel
Todo lo demás bien algunas personas en el restaurante son un poco serías de las personas q atienden

Estoy muy decepcionada, soy cliente habitual pero ya no regresaría bajo esas condiciones. En la habitación 4025 sin agua caliente. En la alberca principal tenían buen bar, ahora ni te atienden. No sé porqué cambiaron tanto, pero para mal.
